Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require the video while opening the parcel within 24 hours. Please send the video on this email address - Support@prayogboxes.com
Refunds
To be eligible for refund of damaged items, we will need the video while opening the parcel within 24 hours.
If you provide incorrect or incomplete address information or an inaccurate phone number during your order, you will not be eligible for any refunds. It is your responsibility to ensure all contact and delivery details are accurate; failure to do so will result in no refunds for delivery charges being processed under any circumstances.
We will only provide the refund for products once we receive it through delivery partner without any damage. Ideally it takes 7-8 days to receive the parcel which was not collected by customer.
Please note that we will deduct delivery charges and RTO (Return to origin) charges which is same as delivery charges and then provide the remaining refund.
